Berisha condemns arrest of the former president Meta and attacks the prosecutors: Head of SPAK, a mercenary

Former Albanian Prime Minister Sali Berisha threatened today the head of the SPAK special prosecution Altin Dumani, regarding the arrest of former Prime Minister Ilir Meta two days ago.

While calling Dumani a “mercenary” of the party in power, the leader of the Democratic Party also accuses the prime minister of involvement.
Berisha stated: “First, I guarantee every Albanian that I would never defend a corrupt act, no matter what it was. But I can never accept political accusations against anyone. I will focus only on the two most important of them. As you and I have read, Mercenary Dumani writes in his rag that Monika Kryemadhi and Meta have favored the businessman “Shatku” with an inter-connection line.
“But what does the document say and what does Monika Kryemadhi’s correspondence with Shatku say?
“Mrs. Kryemadhi tells Shatku in the message that I met Mr. (Prime Minister) Rama and asked him what he is doing with Shatku’s problem. Edi Rama answered me, ‘Make it, urgently.’
“And Shatku returns it, this is the best news of the year. I, you and every citizen, in this case we understand that there is a relationship between Kryemadhi-Shatku-Rama and Shatku says that this is ‘the news of the year for me’. Now, can the human conscience accept an accusation brought against Kryemadhi and Meta and not against Edi Rama?
“Ilir Meta and Kryemadhi had a total of 20 deputies in the Albanian parliament, a law can never be passed with those, except Dumani and his criminal group in the SPAK prosecution.
“I understand that there are people asking why Berisha goes so harshly? With this act, they insulted every Albanian, desecrated the Constitution, the parliament and everything else.
“A man with 20 deputies can never pass a law in the parliament, the law is passed by the one who has the majority in the parliament. The one who has the majority is called Edi Rama, but the shoelicker Dumani is ready to lick his shoes and disfigure himself to such a degree in front of the Albanians.
“Finally, Altin Dumani, Rama and the Enver Hoxha’s bastard with the trafficker Ilir Shullazi, are the main ones responsible for the ugliest act in the history of this country. They are responsible for hitting, dragging, brutally kidnapping a citizen under investigation, a former prime minister, former president, former speaker of the parliament Meta, just for the hatred of Edi Rama. They tell me that Edi Rama confirmed to one of your colleagues, who is very close to him, saying ‘I did it, I could not help but do it against Ilir Meta’. I tell him, shame on you, you showed that you are the bastard of your father, the executioner of the communist party who ordered the hanging of political opponents for difference of opinions”, said Berisha, among other things.
